The Regional Municipality of York is looking to prequalify General Contractor(s) to undertake the Newmarket Glenway Facility Upgrades. The Newmarket Glenway Facility is a water treatment booster facility located in the Town of Newmarket owned and operated by the Regional Municipality of York. The facility consists of two reservoirs, Reservoir 1 and Reservoir 2, with capacities of 4,700m3 and 5,800m3 respectively. Documents can be obtained at https://york.bidsandtenders.ca/ Question Deadline: Wed Jan 3, 2024 5:00:00 PM (EST) TIMELINE: RFQ for contractors has closed; three (3) firms have prequalified. As of June 27, 2024, the Stage II invitational RFP / tender timeline to the prequalified firms has yet to be issued. Timeline to issue the Stage II tender is unconfirmed by the municipality.
