The Scope of the Project Will Include All Bypass Pumping, Pipe Preparation, Lateral Reinstatement, Property and Pavement Restoration and Any Necessary Tools or Equipment Required to Complete the Jobs According to the Specification. The Project Has a Substantial Completion of 270 Days With Final Completion of 300days. The Bidding Contractor Must Be licensed in Appropriate Classification Before Such Bid Will Be Considered and Shall Comply With Applicable Codes, Laws and Regulations. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish Acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Contract Price, Each Bond.
