Montgomery County, on behalf of the Department of Assets & Infrastructure is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide professional services for performing a Physical Needs Assessments, Design, Scheduling, and Construction Administration for survey, inspect for repair, and maintenance of 3 Parking Garages utilized by the county. Parking Garage Names & Locations: 1. Main street building garage which has G+ 5 floors with 445 parking spaces located at 20East Main Street Norristown PA 19401. 2. Cherry street building garage which has G+ 3 floors with 480 parking spaces located at 101 West Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401. 3. One Montgomery Plaza building has 3 parking levels (P1, P2 and P3) with 192 parking spaces located at 425 Swede Street Norristown, PA 19401.
