Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 44,265-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for the demolition of a educational facility.

The project is for a 44,000 square foot expansion of the school along with a renovation of the existing building of for a kitchen/ cafeteria remodel. Fire separation is provided between the existing and new building and a sprinkler system will be provided throughout along with a fire alarm system. It will also be replaced in the existing building. All trade contractors bidding on a trade package must hold a valid Tennessee Contractors License for the classification(s) of work on which it is bidding. All trade contractors must have sufficient monetary limits to perform the bid work. All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in Tennessee. The bid bond shall be equal to 10% of the trade contractor's bid and shall guarantee that the trade contractor will enter into a contract for the trade work at its bid price, including any applicable alternates.
