Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chamblee, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary, and other Conditions), Drawings, Specifications, Addenda issued prior to execution of this Agreement, other documents listed in this Agreement, and Modifications issued after execution of this Agreement, all of which form the Contract, and are as fully a part of the Contract as if attached to this Agreement or repeated herein. The Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. An enumeration of the Contract Documents, other than a Modification, appears in Article 9. The Contractor shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except as specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others. Providing all materials, equipment and labor for Dresden Park, which includes demolition of existing structures, site clearing and grubbing, layout, erosion control, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, asphalt paving, concrete paving, storm sewer infrastructure, water distribution infrastructure, sanitary sewerage infrastructure, electrical service infrastructure; low voltage system infrastructure; signalized intersection improvements; fencing, basketball court and equipment, tennis court facilities and equipment, soccer complex and equipment, playground, artificial turf surfacing, pre-engineered pavilion, shade structures, concession/restroom building, dog park, parking lots, sports lighting, site lighting, signage, landscaping, irrigation and other trades/ products as detailed in the bid document plans and specifications. All work to be completed within 450 calendar days of issuance of Notice to Proceed. Any inquiries relating to the RFQ must be submitted in writing to the City of Chamblee Procurement Department via email (procurement@chambleega.gov). The deadline for the submittal of questions related to the RFQ is Monday, January 15, 2024 at 5:00 pm EST. All questions submitted in writing prior to this deadline will be compiled and answered in writing via addendum.
