City of Chamblee, Georgia is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:++5300 Peachtree Road Sidewalk and Landscaping Improvements++ The Project includes the following Work:Reconstruction of approximately 525 linear feet of concrete sidewalk along Peachtree Road with landscaping improvements, between Miller Drive and Pierce Drive. Work will include minor roadway widening, brick pavers, landscaping improvements, pedestrian lighting and all labor, materials and equipment necessary to install the authorized work. No proposal will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Bidder holds Georgia State Contractor's License of proper classification and in full force and effect, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43 14, or qualifications with the Georgia Department of Transportation for similar work, in compliance with Act. O.C.G.A. 43-41-17. The Issuing Office will periodically distribute official notifications, addenda, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
