As of February 21, 2024, bids were rejected. Project will be rebid in 1st week of March 2024.** The project involves providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for construction of a new highway garage and associated site improvements. The work includes mobilization, demobilization, bonding, and insurance required. The work will be covered under four contracts: General, Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical with separate Bid Items and Bid Forms for each. Contract term: one year ***Document Notes Paper copies of the Contract Documents will be available for a refundable $95 fee, plus shipping costs. Bids will only be accepted from those who have received the Contract Documents from Cedarwood Engineering PLLC. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, as determined by adding the base bid and all alternatives. The successful bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. The successful bidder will be required to comply with NYS Department of Labor Prevailing Wage rates and all provisions of the USDA Equal Opportunity Agreement including clauses issued by the Secretary of Labor pursuant to Section 204 of Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1965.
