Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Boise, Idaho. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

This project will take existing project development materials from the 15% design stage to the final design stage and will provide construction oversight and support during project implementation. The project will be divided into two distinct phases. Phase 1 will involve development of final design - construction phasing plan - and construction cost estimates. Phase 2 will involve construction and construction oversight.
