Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work to be included in the Construction Contract (Project) is generally described as removing the existing sneeze guards and installing new glass panes in the Drivers Licensing Office Building at the Benjamin Campus, as detailed more specifically in the Scope of Work (Exhibit B). Questions Due Date: Dec 26th 2023, 4:00 PM MST. Liquidated Damages for Late Completion: $150 per day Substantial Completion Date: June 19, 2024 Final Completion Date: June 26, 2024 Bonds. Before the Construction Contract is signed, the successful bidder must furnish performance and labor and material payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Construction Contract amount, as allowed in Idaho Code 54-1926. The bonds shall be provided by a surety company or companies with AM Best rating(s) of A-VIII or better. The right to reject any or all Bids or to accept the Bid judged by the Owner as most satisfactory for its requirements is expressly reserved by the Owner.
