The project is located on various streets in Tiffin as further defined on the City of Tiffin Paving List. All prime contractors bidding the project must obtain their plans and bidding documents directly from the City Engineers Office and be plan holders with the City Engineers Office. Bids must be in accordance with the specifications and on the forms available from the City Engineers Office and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked City of Tiffin 2024 Street Paving Program.
