Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewis Center, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
** As of February 13, 2024. This project has been awarded to Martin Public Seating LLC with the base bid amount of $579,841.87 plus the alternate amount of $31,381.87 which equals to $611,223.47 in total** Submit all questions to Brandon Biniker at Fanning/Howey Associates, Inc. by phone (614)764-4661 or email (bbiniker@fhai.com) A Prime Contract is recognized as a major part of project, with Work to be performed concurrently and in close coordination with Work of other Prime Contracts. B. The Contract Documents, as defined in the General Conditions, include the Drawings. The Vendor shall be responsible for the Work as specified herein and as indicated on the Drawings. The Drawings are prepared to show the scope of work and for coordination purposes. The Drawings included in the specifications are not to scale. Although the majority of the Drawings presented to the Vendor before installation are to scale the vendors are directed to use indicated dimensions for determining material quantities and for other reasons. No additional monies will be allowed due to the Contractor using sealing instruments to determine material quantities or for other reasons.
