As of January 30, 2025, this project is in the design phase. There is not currently a timeline for construction. The Town of Ocean Isle Beach invites the submittal of qualifications from firms interested in providing professional architectural design services to the Town of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina to design the expansion and remodeling of the present Fire Station Facility. The ability of the firm to deliver the project on time, on budget, within the criteria and constraints identified by the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document are the primary factors for selection. The RFQ document provides complete information on the scope of services being sought and the submittal requirements.
