Description

Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Completed plans call civil work for a municipal facility.

Demolish the existing building and associated parking areas located at 3 W. Third Street. Work must be completed prior to November 15, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, for any reason, including, but not limited to, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids or any other reason as determined in the Town's sole discretion. The Town also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
