Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
As of 11/18/2025 per the Civil Engineer this project will not be awarded. Additional information will be available at a later date. The project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work required to satisfactorily complete the East Runway Connector Taxiway project. Items of work include erosion control, earthwork, aggregate base course, bituminous paving, taxiway lighting, and marking. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash or by a certified check payable to Town of Ocean Isle Beach, and drawn on some bank or trust company authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina, for an amount equal to 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within fifteen (15) days after receipt of written notice of formal award of Contract. The Town of Ocean Isle Beach reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Question Deadline 09/13/2025 A Bidder who discovers discrepancies or omissions with the project bid documents shall immediately notify the Owner's ENGINEER of the matter.
