Renovation of an educational facility in Oreland, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Springfield Township High School Roof Replacement - Phase 2 The School District of Springfield Township will receive sealed bids for the High School Roof Replacement - Phase 2 project in the form of a SINGLE prime lump sum contract. A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Partial roof replacement, rising wall masonry repairs, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a SINGLE PRIME LUMP SUM CONTRACT. 1.5 WORK SEQUENCE A. The entire Work shall be completed in compliance with the Project phasing and milestones indicated on the plans. Any deviations from these requirements shall be subject to the approval of the Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to enforce liquidated damages for contractor's non-compliance with any of the phasing, milestone and substantial completion dates. B. Construction work shall be performed in a sequence to ensure that all building systems are systematically installed in an efficient manner.
