The School District of Springfield Township is soliciting sealed bids for the Middle School Track Event and Micro-Grading ("Project") in the form of a single prime lump sum contract. A proposal shall be rejected unless accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid. Bid Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bank cashier's check payable to Owner or a Bid Bond in the form set forth herein, naming as obligee, the Owner. The Bidder will be required to furnish a Bid Bond, Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price in the form provided in the Contract Documents. The Work shall be substantially complete on or before November 14, 2024, and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions. Final completion of the Work shall be on or before December 1, 2024.
