Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (the "District") is seeking proposals for the provision of Deaerator Tank Installation. The District is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide installation of a deaerator tank. Contractor will supply all labor, materials and supervision to complete the following scope of work to furnish one Bryan Deaerator as a stand by feedwater supply capable of suppling one of your boilers in an emergency. Install new Bryan DTV-150-30-6-2, 30,000 pph deaerator as close to existing DA Tank as possible, or within 40 ft. of existing. Move new DA into building and set in place. If new housekeeping pad is required it must be provided by others. Move new DA into building and set in place. If new housekeeping pad is required it must be provided by others. Trim out DA with accessories shipped loose by manufacture. Connect steam, make up water, condensate return piping to DA connecting to existing piping in boiler room. Connect power from electrical disconnect to control panel of DA. Disconnect must be set by qualified electrician. Complete insulation of all piping and DA tank. Provide pump discharge isolation and check valves and connect to existing feedwater piping to boilers. Insulate tank and any piping that requires to be insulated. Perform start up and perform training for operation of DA. The District maintains a policy of encouraging and engaging in business transactions with vendors who qualify and are certified under applicable law as Minority, Woman, and Veteran Owned Business Enterprises ("MWVBEs"). The District establishes a 25% good faith target goal. The District also encourages its vendors to utilize subcontractors and vendors who qualify and are certified under applicable law as MWVBEs. MWVBE Respondents are also strongly encouraged to subcontract to other MWVBEs to expand MWVBE participation beyond Respondent's own self-performance. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Solicitation Responses and to issue a Contract Award or not to issue a Contract Award based solely on the Solicitation Responses received by the District in response to this Solicitation. However, prior to making any award hereunder, the District also reserves the right to engage in additional discussions with one or more of the vendors responding to this Solicitation .Trim out DA with accessories shipped loose by manufacture .Connect steam, make up water, condensate return piping to DA connecting to existing piping in boiler room .Connect power from electrical disconnect to control panel of DA.
