The full 2024 On-Call Program Request for Proposal (RFP) process will be conducted on a quinquennial basis. If additional consultants are needed, the City will perform an update process occurring after the first and/or second years of the three-year contract term. It is the City's intent to establish a team structure of consultant firms. This 2024 On-Call Program RFP is intended to establish new contracts for a three-year term, commencing approximately April 1, 2024, with an optional two-year extension. Upon review of the City's forecasted projects for this term, the 2024 On-Call Program is comprised of eight professional categories with a total of thirty-seven specialty areas. The professional categories and specialty areas are as listed in RFP Document. Prevailing wage requirements apply to public works projects including maintenance and repair work with a value exceeding $1,000.00. These requirements shall apply prior to submitting a proposal for a specific City project.
