Remove Signs on Toilet Room Doors B. Remove Rear and Side Grab Bars, Tp Dispenser. Remove Hand Dryer. C. Remove Sink and Faucet. Salvage Faucet, Save and Store for Reinstallation. Site Work/parking/public Right of Way (Prow): 1. Cut and/or Grind Concrete to Create a Smooth and Safe Ada Compliant Surface at Accessible Route From Prow. If Grinding Concrete, Restoration of Broom Finish to Be Provided. 2. Extend Prow Route to Connect to W Maricopa-casa Grande Hwy. 3. Provide New Compliant Curb Ramp to Station From Existing Accessible Parking Aisle. Modify Adjacent Sidewalks as Required. Provide Detectable Warning Strip at Bottom of Ramp. 4. Renovations Related to Parking, Curb Ramps, and Walkways Connecting the Parking and Station to the Public Right of Way is a Separately Funded Item. Gc Costs Should Be Tracked Separately. Platform: 1. Provide Concrete Repair Material and Methods for Resurfacing, Crack Fill and Patching at Deficient and Non-compliant Locations on the Platform. Replace Joint Material And Sealant in All Joints.
