Site work for a water / sewer project in Junction City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work under this Contract consists of drilling, constructing, developing, and testing one new potable supply production well for the City of Junction City at Bailey Park in Junction City, Oregon. The production well is anticipated to be drilled to an approximate depth of up to 300 feet below ground surface and consists of a 12-inch nominal diameter low carbon steel production casing with an 8-inch pipe size steel wire-wrap well screen assembly with filter pack envelope extending up to 300 feet below ground surface. Production well preliminary design parameters include: I. Target Well Yield: 600 gpm II. Estimated Static Water Level: 21 feet below ground surface. III. Estimated Complete Well Depth: up to 300 feet below ground surface. IV. Target Aquifer: Lower Sedimentary Hydrogeologic Unit All work under this Contract must be substantially completed within 136 days of the Notice to Proceed. Bids will be received as a combination of unit price and lump sum bid items. No bid will be considered unless fully completed in the manner provided in the Instructions to Bidders, and accompanied by a bid security executed in favor of the Owner in the amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid Est.
