Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Junction City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Community Center Improvements. The work under this Contract will include a remodel/renovation of the Junction City Community Center, located at 175 W 7th Ave, Junction City, OR. 97448. Work to include remediation of asbestos finishes throughout building, structural retrofit of sawtooth roof, removal and infill of exterior overhead doors, raising the floor of the main community room to make the entire building at the same FFE, the installation of an operable partition wall, new hallway and bathroom. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids may not be withdrawn for 30 calendar days after receipt of bids. Announcements of bid results will be made within 14 days after receipt of bids.
