City Utilities requests pricing for a blanket contract for Miscellaneous Electrical Items for a period of (6) six months with three renewal options for a total period of (2) two years commencing on March 1, 2024 Deliveries are to be made only when released on City Utilities purchase order form. Deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday, except holidays, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise authorized. Deliveries will be made throughout the Utilities locations, see below for addresses.. City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri shall have the sole option to extend the agreement period in six-month increments, or any portion thereof, for a total time period of two (2) years. If exercised, the option shall be executed at the same prices as quoted herein subject to a maximum percentage of increase, if any, quoted by the bidder below for each applicable option period. All percentages of increase stated shall be computed against the previous terms Agreement prices. Leaving the below percentages blank will result in your bid being quoted with an increase in price of 0% per year.
