Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moses Lake, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of March 11, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** The project location is 802 South Division Street. It includes decommissioning existing lift station equipment and materials and installing a new wet well, valve vault, lift station pumps, electrical and telemetry panels, and equipment. 18-inch diameter PVC gravity sewer pipe and 6" ductile iron force main will be installed. Several large holes will be bored in vertical concrete walls. Existing underground wet well, and valve vault structures will be rehabilitated. Other site improvements include the installation of new chain link fence, crushed basalt rock, gravel, sidewalk, and driveway. Traffic control and temporary bypass pumping of wastewater will be required to complete the project. Estimated Project Cost: $750,000 to $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder as to the meaning of the specifications and drawings. Interpretations, if made, shall be written in the form of an addendum and sent to all bidders to whom the specifications have been issued.
