The City of Grand Junction, Colorado is requesting proposals from qualified professional Firms capable of delivering geotechnical engineering and materials testing services to meet the dynamic and evolving needs. This contract will be established on an as-needed basis to ensure that the City's infrastructure projects are supported by the highest standards of expertise, safety, and reliability. Services shall be provided under the terms and conditions provided in this RFP.
