The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide all necessary services, through experienced and qualified personnel, to assist the Department in the Hampton Roads District-Wide Safety Inspections of Highway Structures and Bridges under a Fixed Billable Rate contract. Type of Contract: Limited Services Term Contract Estimated Contract Value: $8,000,000.00 (per term) Performance Period: One-year limited services term contract with three (3) optional one-year renewable terms EOI Requirements/Instructions to Offerors can be found in: Expression of Interest Volumes I & II Section DBE/SWaM Goal: The DBE goal for this contract is 10%. The SWaM goal for this contract is 10%.
