Description The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering and environmental consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for a project-specific agreement on the I-64 Gap CEI Services for Design-Build - Segment C. This project will be administered by the VDOT Richmond District Mega Projects office. The project-specific agreement will consist of providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services to supplement VDOT staff during the construction phase of the project Service Needed: CN20240214 - I-64 Gap CEI Services for Design-Build - Segment C Type of Contract: Project Specific Phased Contract Estimated Contract Value: $6,400,000 for Phase I and II EOI Requirements/Instructions to Offerors can be found in: Expression of Interest Volumes I & II Section DBE/SWaM Goal: The DBE goal for this contract is 12%. The SWaM goal for this contract is 10%.
