General Scope of Work: Phase One: Exterior Work - Reconditioning of tennis courts, re-landscaping of main courtyard, removal/demolition of existing portable, new asphalt and guardrail in location of existing portable, power and signal duct bank to future portables locations, engineered slab for school-built shed, perimeter fencing refresh, possible re-roofing scope. Interior Work - East change rooms reconfiguration, updating of 3 science rooms, creation of 2 single-use staff washrooms, various exterior door set replacements, Bailey Hall lecture room refresh, various locker replacements, library carpet refresh, deluge shower, family studies/hydroponics, interior classroom doors, all hazardous substances abatement associated with renovation work. Mechanical Work - All plumbing and HVAC work to suit washroom and change room upgrades, 5 HVAC RTU replacements.
