The San Diego Unified Port District Seeks Proposals From Qualified Firms to Provide Fire Alarm and Security Systems Monitoring and Maintenance Services. The District's Estimate for This Project Shall Be Compensated on a Negotiated Basis as Established in the Fee Schedule. Service Provider shall provide Fire Alarm and Security Systems Monitoring Maintenance service at the San Diego Unified Port District (District) facilities and properties within the Cities of San Diego and National City, Chula Vista, Imperial Beach, and Coronado. Prospective Proposers will meet at the General Service Building located at 1400 Tidelands Avenue, National City, CA 91950. This site visit will include multiple locations, and the interested parties will be responsible for their own transportation. No questions will be accepted during the Site Visit, all questions shall be submitted via the online system. Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted through the District's System no later than December 20, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. All other inquires shall be directed to Janeatta Jones Perry, Assistant Procurement Analyst. The purpose of the site visit is to visit locations listed in Section D of the Scope of Services. Bidders are required to RSVP for the Site.
