Site work for a water / sewer project in Denton, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. This project will be rebid on a later date that has not yet been determined. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The project scope includes approximately 4,150 linear feet of 8"-12" PVC water and 2600 linear feet of 8"- 12" sanitary sewer main. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept the bid of any responsible person deemed most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the project. Submit written questions concerning the bid by 5:00 pm Monday, December 18th via CivCast. Any questions received after the deadline will not be addressed.
