Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Lynchburg requests the services of a contractor to install 35 solar powered LED path and 29 parking lot lights at our Peaks View Park facility. The project involves removal of existing lighting and replacing with new solar powered LED lighting. New concrete bases will need to be installed for each light and the solar panel would need to be installed and setup for each fixture. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Will Ruberry at william.ruberry@lynchburgva.gov and received by 2:00 PM, January 4, 2024. All addenda should be signed and accompany any bid submitted. The deadline for questions is January 3, 2024.
