The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking proposals to provide professional engineering design services to increase the capacity of an existing sanitary collection system in Gypsum, Colorado. The work includes assessment of the existing alignment and comparison of up to two other alternative concepts, followed by project design through construction drawings.
