As of August 11, 2025, a design firm has been selected, but is now currently on hold. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Reference Number 0000358093 Delivery Point: Gypsum, CO The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking proposals to provide professional landscape architecture services and irrigation design as part of the new I-70 North Roundabout project. The work includes landscape design of the inner circle of the new roundabout and areas adjacent to the roundabout. This will also include irrigation design. The project is in the Town of Gypsum on the north ramps of the I-70 interchange, Exit 140. See figure 1 below for the approximate landscaping design areas. The northwest quadrant, as depicted, is approximately 7,000 SF. The southwest quadrant is approximately 7,000 SF. The southeast quadrant is approximately 5,000 SF.
