As of August 11, 2025, a design firm has been selected, but is now currently on hold. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Reference Number 0000357968 Delivery Point: Gypsum, CO The Town of Gypsum (Town) in partnership with the Beyond Lawns program (Eagle County Conservation District and Eagle River Coalition) is seeking proposals to provide landscape architecture and irrigation design for a Water Wise demonstration garden near the Gypsum Public Library. The project is in the Town of Gypsum, Colorado, on the municipal campus at 50 Lundgren Blvd Figure 1 shows the approximate area of the demonstration garden with the new extended parking and sidewalk being constructed in 2024.
