The Ministry is seeking a Lead Service Designer, a Supporting UX/UI Designer with possible supporting Service Designers (the 'Contractor') to provide the following services: Provide recommendations for increasing the utility of the EFP Program for agricultural producers and for implementing and promoting decision support tools. Build and test new program service design to determine ease of use and viability, develop a roadmap for program moving forward, provide suggested upgrades to existing tools and demonstrate potential upgrades to existing tools and suggested framework for new tools identified. Identify existing processes or policies that will need to change to support the service. Through this Request for Proposal, the Ministry is procuring services to conduct a service design evaluation of the EFP Program. The anticipated term of the Contract is January 2024 to September 2024. Budget: The Ministry expects the budget to be between $100,000 and $125,000. The maximum budget for this Contract, including all costs, will be $125,000. Further details as to the scope of this opportunity and the requirements can be found within this RFP.
