The Village of Downers Grove is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a two part analysis. The first component of this project will be a comprehensive water rate study. A second component of this project will be a review of existing system development charges for Water. The VILLAGE OF DOWNERS GROVE will receive proposals Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. at Public Works, 5101 Walnut Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515. The Village Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any proposal. No oral or telephone interpretations of specifications shall be binding upon the Village. All requests for interpretations or clarifications shall be made in writing and received by the Village at least five (5) business days prior to the date set for receipt of Proposals. All changes or interpretations of the specifications shall be made by the Village in a written addendum to the Village's proposers of record.
