Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be done under this contract shall be started on or about May 28, 2024. All work under this contract shall be completed by December 6, 2024. The location of the services to be performed for this contract is the Tri-State Tollway (I-94 and I-294) at Mile Post 4.8 and Mile Post 38.9 in Cook County and Lake County, Illinois. The work under this contract includes structural concrete repairs, replacement of spaceframe members and connections, cleaning and painting structural steel, camera and electrical relocation, maintenance of traffic, signage and pavement marking improvements, site restoration and miscellaneous site work.
