Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of the construction of approximately 430 linear feet of 24'' and 36'' storm sewer, construction of 90''x39'x10' vault, and all other collateral work such as driveway replacements, sidewalk replacements, and restoration. A bid deposit will be required, which shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the estimated cost of the work to be furnished. Such bid deposit shall be in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cash, or money order. The Contractor shall schedule their work such that all improvements shall be complete by Friday, November 1st, 2024. The completion date will remain binding throughout the duration of the Contract unless revised in writing by the Village.
