Renovation of a parking garage in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
This project shall consist of replacing sprinklers in the parking structure in accordance with the drawings and project specifications. Bid No.: P-013 The Village Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids/proposals, to waive technicalities and to accept or reject any item of any bid/proposal. Questions may be posed in writing to the Village (faxed and emailed questions are acceptable), but must be received by the Village prior to the scheduled time for the pre-bid conference. Questions received will be considered at the conference. An addendum may be issued as a result of the prebid conference. Such an addendum is subject to the provisions for issuance of an addendum as set forth in Section 2.5 above.
