The Town of Rocky Hill Connecticut is soliciting proposals from qualified Design-Build contractors to submit proposals for the design and construction of a barn to be used for storage purposes on the town Rocky Hill Community Farm at the intersection of New Britain Avenue and New Road. The project will consist of the design and construction of a 24'x 36' barn with a loft and 10' lean-to. Detailed plans shall meet all pertinent building codes.
