As of June 6, 2025, this project is in the design phase. There is currently no plan for construction until funding is approved. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* The Town of Rocky Hill Connecticut is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to submit qualifications and proposals for the design of an entry road and culvert/bridge to Phase II of the Rocky Hill Industrial Park, Phase II at 8 Old Forge Road. The Town Manager, his designee, or Department Head may accept or reject any or all Proposals in whole or in part if, in his/her opinion, it is in the best interests of the Town to do so. Proposals may be held by the Town of Rocky Hill for a period not to exceed 2 months from the date of the Proposal opening for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals and investigating the qualifications of the vendor prior to awarding the contract. Proposals may be held by the Town of Rocky Hill for a period not to exceed 2 months from the date of the Proposal opening for the purpose of reviewing the Proposals and investigating the qualifications of the vendor prior to awarding the contract.
