Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.
The 17-acre Hagar Development will be designed as a community for students with families. The Family Student Housing component will consist of 35 two-story four-plex buildings with 140 two-bedroom units for students with families. The Early Education Childcare facility will accommodate up to 140 children, from infants to school age in a one-story structure with administrative support spaces and an outdoor area with play structures. The Hagar Development will also include a community center, maintenance building, wastewater treatment facility, playgrounds, interior open space areas, a community garden, residential and visitor parking, and associated site infrastructure.
