Renovation of a mixed-use development in Irondequoit, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

As of January 22, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Camp Eastman Phase Project, Town Hall Backyard, Town Hall & Courts Restroom Renovations Contract 2 - Mechanical Contract Contract 2 - Mechanical Contract: a. Camp Eastman: Installation of the restroom exhaust and Maintenance building exhaust systems, Cabin split system units, ductwork and controls. b. Town Hall Backyard project: No scope. c. Town Hall & Courts Restroom Renovations: Includes the renovations to the first floor restrooms at the town hall and Courts for handicap accessibility removing and installing new return air grilles, duct transitions and diffusers. Sealed bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%). The Town Irondequoit is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Irondequoit reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract. The Town of Irondequoit further reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to accept any Proposal or individual item or items, which it may deem to be the most favorable to its best interests.
