Camp Eastman Phase Project, Town Hall Backyard, Town Hall & Courts Restroom Renovations Contract 3 - Plumbing Contract Contract 3 -Plumbing Contract: a. Camp Eastman: Installation of the restroom fixtures for the two (2) structures, all piping, plumbing in the building and within 5' of the building, all plumbing connections, and a water service to the future spray park (by Others). b. Town Hall Backyard project: No scope. c. Town Hall & Courts Restroom Renovations: Includes the renovations to the first-floor restrooms at the town hall and Courts for handicap accessibility removing and installing new sinks, toilets and mop sink. Sealed bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee for an amount not less than five percent (5%). The Town Irondequoit is exempt under New York State Tax law, and therefore, no sales tax on the cost of materials incorporated into the project shall be included in the bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and labor and material bonds in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Town of Irondequoit reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after the receipt before awarding any contract.
