The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide equipment with experienced, licensed operators to perform snow and ice removal services on VDOT maintained Coleman Bridge, Gloucester County, via the Saluda Residency, Fredericksburg District for the Hampton Roads District. Snow Removal Season is defined as November 1st of each year through April 30th of the following year. Prebid Conference: An Optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 11:00 AM EST on November 13, 2024. Refer to Solicitation Section V. for instructions on how to participate. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Kristy Jeter at Kristy.Jeter@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on November 7, 2024.
