Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gloucester, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Buyer not later than 4:00 PM on February 12, 2024. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). To solicit bids from qualified firms to furnish and install up to five 30' x 24' x 14" ( clear span) steel frame storage buildings. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. Furnish and install a manufactured steel carport/building including all labor, materials supervision, transport, soil/asphalt anchors, leveling, complete in place. Carport/building to be manufactured to the sizes and quality as supplied by Blue Ridge Metal Structures or other equal manufacturers/installers; referred herein after as the "Contractor". The carport/buildings will be installed at the new Gloucester County Utility Garage on existing asphalt paving. The Contractor shall coordinate the exact location of the structures with a representative of the Utility Department. Location: The location will be 5644 George Washington Memorial Highway, Gloucester, Virginia 23061. See Exhibit A, attached for the site map and location of structures. The contract term for services under this contract shall be from the date of award until the project completion date of June 30th, 2024.
