To solicit proposals from qualified and professional firms to perform Elevator and Chair Lift Maintenance and Repair Services. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work The County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County If requested, the successful Offeror shall provide the County with an executed Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the sum of the contract amount, with the County of Gloucester as obligee.
