The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the labor, equipment and materials needed for repairs to Driveways, Sidewalks and Curb & Gutters throughout the City to be placed on an Annual Contract. Service orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the year and must be completed within two (2) weeks of notice. The initial contract period will be January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 with the option to extend the contract for one additional one year period at the discretion of the City. Prices shall remain firm for the entirety of the contract. Form and pour a 4" thick, 3000 PSI concrete repair for sidewalks, driveway and/or curb & Gutters over compacted earth 3' from the back of the curb. Width 60" Sidewalk to have 1" deep by 1/4 " wide scored joints every 5' apart. Intersects other paved surfaces. Proper grading & cleanup of surfaces related to sidewalks, stamping, curb & gutter and driveways repairs. If required, Detectable Warning Pads meeting latest ADA requirements to be installed at road crossings. Contractors are responsible for all materials, labor, supervision, technical personnel, machinery, tools, equipment and services. Turn around time on repairs should be completed within 2 (two) weeks of notification Price is to include all removal, disposal & cleanup of all asphalt and/or concrete materials. Specifications and requirements are provided in Attachments #7 & 8. Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of all listed specifications and requirements. All questions must be submitted through electronically by Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
