Commercial Circle, Warner Robins, Georgia in accordance with the bid documents. The Contractor must clear, remove and haul any and all debris to an approved EPD landfill or location. Lot must be restored to natural grade and conditions including fill dirt, seeding etc. Removal of all utility structures must be included in bid price.
