Purchase and installation of: Replacement of Effluent Reservoir Pond Liner The Project consist of dewatering, removal of existing asphalt ballast, and removal of existing liner. Preparation of the subgrade on the slopes only. Supplying and Installation of 160,622 SF of 60 Mil textured liner on the slopes only, 410 CY of concrete ballast, 180 LF of 304 SS batten bar, and 1 EA OF 24" pipe boot. Line Item 1: Includes the mobilization/demobilization to and from site. Line Item 2: Includes the dewatering needed to install 60 Mil textured liner on slopes of existing pond. The City of Lake City will have water level down to within 4' of pond floor. Line Item 3: Includes the removal of existing asphalt ballast around perimeter of pond. Line item 4: Includes the removal of existing liner on slopes around perimeter of pond. Line item 5: Includes the excavation and backfill of anchor trench. Line item 6: Includes the preparation of the subgrade under the liner on the the slopes only. Line item 7: Includes the supply and installation of 60 mil textured HDPE liner on the slopes only. Line item 8: Includes the supply and installation of concrete ballast in 18"x18" anchor trench. Line item 9: Includes the supply and installation of 304 SS batten bar used to attach proposed liner to existing concrete ramps. Line item 10: Includes the the supply and installation of a 24" pipe boot. Any deviation from the specifications must be explained in detail under "Clarifications and Exceptions", as part of the Bidder's Response, and each deviation must be itemized by number and must specifically refer to the applicable specification paragraph and page. Otherwise it will be considered that items offered are in strict compliance with these specifications and the successful Bidder will be held responsible for meeting the specification. With these and other contributing factors the City Council reserves the right to award a bid or contract in the best interest of the City.
