Work includes but is not limited to general construction, demolition, concrete, rough carpentry, HM Doors, Wood Doors, Gypsum Board,Tiling, Fluid-Applied Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, and Electronic Safety and Security Questions must be submitted by 2:00 pm, December 21, 2023, to the Issuing Officer noted below. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn up ona solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. This project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax. Davis Bacon Wages will not apply to this project. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on April 1, 2024andendon July 31, 2024. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa
